"Really helpful staff on reception. Very clean room and bedding was spotless and smelled nice. Room looked dated but very comfortable. I had the continental breakfast one morning, it was really nice. I had the cooked full-English another morning and it was cooked to perfection. The dining area is clean and smart, the staff working there, friendly and helpful. Right by South Ruislip station so useful for travelling into London etc I’ll definitely be staying here again. "

"We found the staff very friendly and helpful, our economy broke at 10pm and we were moved to another room with no fuss, restaurant staff were also a credit to the hotel, our only comment would be that the food quality was not of a very good standard, based on other hotels we have used. The room was very clean even in corners where other people miss, a credit to the cleaning staff."

"We chose the Wembley International Hotel as it was so close to the Troubadour Theatre where we were going to see Starlight Express. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was lovely and comfortable."
