"The grade two listed house and out-buildings lend themselves, perfectly to hotel use. At the moment this feels more like a pub with rooms than a true ‘ boutique hotel’ but all the raw ingredients are there … just add money ! Room 8 was comfortable and well appointed, the bathroom would have benefitted from a little more attention to detail with respect to limescale but nothing that couldn’t be easily rectified. I really hope The Five Arrows receives the investment it’s crying out for.."

"Although the pub wasn't open due to the holiday season when we were visiting, it was a lovely stay! Great shower, room was comfortable! If traveling as an American, you might find that top flat sheets are not common. We requested one additional one with staff, and they were lovely to work with. Friendly and helpful! Comfortable bed!"

"The toilet was smelly and not clean, and the kettle needed descaling. Our towel rail in the bathroom did not work, thus having no heating in the bathroom when the temp outside was 1 degree. On the second night the heating in the bedroom flashed an Error, not giving much heat out. The staff were helpful and very welcoming "

"Great property. Just a shame the restaurant was closed and there was very little interaction with people other than calling a number to check in. The room was lovely and comfortable and the location is excellent and feels very safe. A bit of noise from planes going to Heathrow through the night "

"We had a wonderful 10 day stay at the Princess Victoria. The staff from minute one to the end were nothing short of attentive and hospitable. The meals were excellent in the pub and the deals were something to take advantage of. As this was our “base” in London, the easy walk (or even bus ride) to shepherd’s bush and then literally anywhere provided us with what we needed. While we were here for our daughter’s wedding, we did get in some local football, niche restaurants, and intriguing museums....
