"Unfortunately I have experienced this hotel at it's best. The staff were nice and my room was upgraded to a suite which was a lovely touch considering I stayed with my two children. The hotel is tired, there was lightbulbs out in the room, wallpaper peeled and framework missing from the doors. The shower was yellowing and when used sprayed from cracks behind the shower head. "The bath was very nice, fridge and water complemented the room and bed was very comfy, we had a great nights sleep, the leisure facilities were good and we got to use the running and rowing machines as well as the pool and sauna and steam room twice whilst we were there for only one night, check out is at great late time of 12 which is also a bonus "
