"The staff were excellent - at all levels. Initial welcome was friendly and efficient and housekeeping was first class. Rooms lovelyu and clean. Only issue we had was that the first room was full of "characterful" eaves but also angles and low ceilings which would have been fantastic for smaller guests but for a 6ft 2 big lad with only one eye was asking for trouble which I then duly got! "Booked a single room which was in the basement, quite small but perfect for what I needed. Nice decor inside, big bathroom, decent amount of tech. Only slight negative was the noise from street level. Would stay again"

"The hotel is completely renovated and only 5 minutes walk from Earl's court metro and bus station. There are a lot of dining options around it. Ibram at reception was very kind and helpful. Downside: Rooms are on the smaller side."

"The hotel was very good. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room wasn’t very big but was as expected. My only negative and no fault of the hotel is that it is in a quieter area so some nights most of the stores and restaurants close by close early. "
