"I have sent these messages including pictures as proof: You definitely need to improve the cleaning of the apartment including the bed sheets. The rooms like it has not been cleaned in years! (Pictures to proof available). I am leaving tomorrow morning already but I felt really sick in the appartment couldn't stay in it so I started looking for what cause it.And I saw the mess under the bed (pictures to proof it!). It's insane Reaction; My apologies for this. End of story! "

"The food and drinks were amazing and there was always something to do for the kids. Had some really nice activities for adults in the night as well. I think the specialty restaurants should be on a first come first serve basis instead of reservation, because alot of people reserve and dont show up and rob others the opportunity to participate, or have some of the options from the specialty restaurants in the buffet, so you won't lose out if you dont get a reservation."

"I came early for check in and the offered me to store my luggage. Walking distance into the town where all the hot hang out spots are. Front desk staff and maintenance was great. The bar staff are really chill and open to trying to make drinks off the menu. The Mini market always has fresh pasteries in the morning and very friendly. Ohh the staff made sure I watched my El Classico game and yes Barcelona won. Will be back definitely…"

"amazing property and would absolutely come again. it was worth it to opt out of all inclusive because the restaurants weren’t even that expensive and the food was great. very conveniently located next to the floating bridge as well. "

"I enjoyed this hotel as it was very central. My only issue is with the parking. It’s public parking so you have to drive around until you find a space and pay the meter constantly. If not, your car will get booted. Otherwise great hotel as it was very central to the Emma bridge and close to a lot of attractions. Very modern bathroom too which I liked. "
