"Overall great stay however finding a spot at the pool or beach was very hard, people leave towels out to save a spot early in the morning while others have to wait for someone to leave. After a certain amount of time towels should be removed."

Went to the Spa, had a massage and facial, both were wonderful. Resort is in desperate need of renovations though, I don’t think the Hyatt has put any money into it since it was built in the 60’s, the staff do what they can with what they have. "

"I had a layover for 1 night. I needed a bed, dinner and breakfast and a shuttle from and to the Airport. It’s 2 stories no elevator, but staff was excellent and helped me up stairs and back down in morning with luggage. There is also a lockup on main floor for luggage. The Runway restaurant and bar only serves bottled water no tap water, there is 10 percent service charge for seating the prices were lower than ABC islands Bonaire, i had a steak and I got what I asked for!!
