"The property is gorgeous, I loved my balcony view. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool was the perfect place to be after a long day of hiking in the rainforest. The only issue I had was with the hot tub on sight they were luke warm on the first day I asked a pool boy if it was possible to increase the temperature and within 45 mins the hot tubs were the perfect temperature. I was very please with how quickly the facility responded to my inquiry. The Buffet breakfast was amazing I looked forward to it every morning there was an array of different choices and a variety of options . The swim up bar was also a treat the bartender was really sweet. I had a few beers and ordered some nachos and was pleasantly surprised with how large the proportion was and it was delicious! Overall I truly enjoyed my stay, friendly staff about 15 min walk to town 10 min walk restaurants, and market. I would stay here again and highly recommend this facility."

"We loved Lost Iguana! This is our second trip to Costa Rica and our first to the Arenal Volcano area. The hotel grounds were lovely and very close to the Hanging Bridges. We booked a full day tour (bridges, volcano, waterfall) and spent the other two days hanging out at the pool/pool bar. We ate at the hotel restaurant for most of our meals and thought it was good and the price was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was also great. The hotel trail was also great (takes about 45 minutes). Be prepared to walk a lot of hilly terrain!"

"Beautiful resort , emerged into the lush jungle. Rich landscape everywhere you look. Ponds, lots of hot springs (different types and sizes, fun swim up bar), 2 pools with fast fun slides, wildlife (nature walk) and a trail up the mountain to a viewpoint of Volcano. The setting is just amazing. The breakfast was solid but didnt change much day to day. The wet bar pool menu was tasty, fresh and very affordable. We had dinner there once and it was okay. Nothing amazing. Service was good for all our meals especially at the pool bar. The room was basic but very clean. Nice balcony overlooking the beautiful landscaping. We saw lots of toucans around. Wish the room had more hooks or places to hang towels/swim clothes etc. the bathroom smelled a bit of sewage. However the staff did a great job cleaning the rooms daily. No bugs at all inside . Loved the proximity to the town and all the activities. Would definitely recommend "

"Had a lovely stay, our hut was so great, very quiet and comfortable, very friendly cleaning staff, they made us laugh a lot with their towel Figurines. Amazing breakfast, great restaurants and fantastic pool & termal area. Parking close to our hut worked perfectly. In terms of cleanliness all was good for us, we found that the bats left their droppings on the porch at night but we found this was part of the nature Adventure. We very much enjoyed our stay and can absolutely recommend."
