"The staff seem to be genuinely kind and caring people, from the front desk to the landscape staff and everyone in between. Can’t say enough about the property. The staff was helpful with scheduling activities, and no fault of theirs that the activity wasn’t as advertised. We rode horseback to the waterfall meaning we rode horses up one side of a mountain and had to walk down to the waterfall and back up, was told it was 400 steps and it was literally 9000, straight down and back up. "

"This place is top of the heap!! I have stayed at lots of quality resorts and this one is on top of the list.. check in was easy, room was awesome, food and restaurants were great and plentiful. You can get a golf cart to shuttle you around or walk.. the property is beautiful and has three resorts to wander thru to eat, get coffee, jump in the thermal baths, or go to one of their three spas.. its a must try and the people are also awesome!! The location is up a hill/mountain so we tend to drive rather than walk into town. Breakfast here and all our meals in town at recommended spots have been great!
