"We spent a long weekend at Saratoga Lodge in early April 2025. We loved the house and the gorgeous view, the fenced back yard (great for our dog), and the ultimate quiet. The noisiest thing was the furnace, but it worked great, so no complaining. We didn't cook much, but the smallish kitchen seemed well appointed. Kudos for having a knife sharpener. So often rental homes have all dull knives. A couple tips for renters: 1) It's preferred you leave shoes just inside the door, so bring slippers....

Every morning we woke up to waves crashing, sea otters playing right outside, and we saw multiple bald eagles flying just feet away. "We stayed during the off season, so lots of rain. This a perfect location however and the unit is quite charming and well kept. A good area for your dogs to run (if you have them). Beautiful scenery abounds with a very nice state park right down the road. Would definitely recommend!"
