"The property was lovely, and access to the beach from the backyard... priceless. Loved the ability to bring our pup along for the weekend. Great views and beautiful sunsets. A few things could use a little TLC, and the listing updated to reflect. Also a note that the septic system has a bit of an offputting sulfur smell, but totally appreciated the hot/cold water filter provided. "

Super clean and simply, yet perfectly decorated. Stocked with anything you could need. Very responsive and helpful hosts, and clear directions listed. I would strongly recommend visiting this beautiful, quaint island and staying at the Huckleberry!"

The setting of this cabin is superb, on a hillside with views on both sides. Paths wind through the backyard, to the firepit, hammock, shower house and the cedar hot tub!

"The Beach cabin had all the amenities for us to hideaway for a relaxing weekend. There was a grocery store near by and then all the cookware/utensils we needed to make our own meals. I loved the assortment of games as well! We wish we had instructions for the hot tub, but fumbled our way through it."

"The property is beautiful and we had a pleasant stay, but there are a handful of notes that would have turned this into a 5-star experience: 1) The property features two queen size beds and one twin bed. All of the mattresses are STIFF. Not firm, STIFF. We had some pretty rough nights on these. If you can't replace the mattresses, at least include some plush mattress covers. 2) The top tier balcony was off-limits, with P-touch stickers on the door demanding guests not open it. You always make my stay so delightful my friend 🙏 View is spectacular and I lov the beach and the wildlife . My only regret is when my trip has ended and I have to leave this little piece of heaven!!!! Thank you , thank you!!!"

It was mentioned in the listing that there was a downstairs apt, there was a guest staying there and it was a little odd to me. There is a spiral stair case leading down to it. At the top was just a baby type gate. We respected it and did not go downstairs, so I’m not really sure what type of door separated the two residences. Otherwise it’s a very cozy place to stay with great views."
