"This is my first time staying at the Grove. The room itself was clean. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were simple but fine. The problem was I was on the first floor that backed up to the alley for four hours every 10 to 15 minutes. "This was an emergency as all the hotels in Bellevue lost power for 5 days. It was clean comfortable. Nice beds, new carpet, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and microwave. Lots of street noise and area is not great with prostitutes walking the streets about 4 blocks a way. Lobby smells of cigarettes and often there is no one in the office an just a phone number. Price was super reasonable for Seattle $100/night for two queen beds and full bath on second floor. No smoking in the rooms and...
