It also was convenient to Issaquah and the site of our party. I gave the place one less star for highway traffic noise---maybe more sound insulation could be added to the loft? "Small (~600sq ft) but everything you need in a lakeside stay for a few people. Dock is amazing to play or lounge on and picnic table outside made up for the small indoor table. We stayed on this lake last year and love the quaint peacefulness on the water. Pedal boat and kayaks are very nice amenities. Furniture could use an upgrade. The master bedframe was threatening collapse, the couch was worn and the stools around the table were wobbly at odd heights. Small couch is the only comfortable...

"The Hood Canal Beachfront Bungalow is a great place to stay if you are looking for a few quiet days. The cabin was very clean, and everything I needed for cooking was there. I really enjoyed the fireplace and the telescope. But most of all, the quiet was amazing. I would definitely recommend!"

"We woke up with the sun and otters and a seal who took some laps. We loved to see the stars in the western sky at night through the bedroom windows. The perfect weather allowed for glorious sunrises and magnificent moonrises. We planned ahead for there not being wi-fi, but found it was not needed. The pickle ball court was great fun. The walk back to Oak Bay Rd along Olele Point Road was a great way to start the day. We were careful to use water sparingly and did not have any issues. What...
