"Booking this stay for my 50th high school reunion, I didn't realize after having been away for so long, that the VRBO was a few blocks from my grade school! It also was convenient to Issaquah and the site of our party. I gave the place one less star for highway traffic noise---maybe more sound insulation could be added to the loft? Otherwise, it met my needs in every respect."

"We love the Koi Story Cabin. We were there for the Cyclone Bomb this year. No electricity for 4 days. The staff was amazing! They had us hooked up to a generator and the fire place kept us warm! We communicated with Elena, Ian and Sergei. They were so helpful and worked with our schedule. A delightful place to stay!"

"Absolute worst place I have booked on any home share site. The host lied about it having a full bathroom (no shower here) and it was listed as a 2 bedroom when I booked.... It had 1 bunk bed with 2 beds. Upon arrival the place was terribly dirty and just classless. Tarps cover damaged areas of the building and it smelled of mold. There are hundreds of other places you can book in the surrounding area... I took a risk and it was horrible. Typing this review so hopefully someone will see this and...

"We stayed in this cute yurt during a super stressful move out of state. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. Parking was spacious and it was nice to be in a residential neighborhood with quick access to the airport. Would stay here again!"

"Nice, quiet location. House was well equipped. We didn’t use the kayaks as our friends on the island have plenty, but it’s a great option to have available. Loved our morning walks to say “hi” to the island deers. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a great time during our stay. I do have a recommendation, though. Please upgrade the paper products -- the paper towels and toilet paper are both thin and cheap. We didn't have enough toilet paper or regular bath towels for three adults and a child."

"A fun and comfortable place to stay with all the amenities of a home--queen-size bed, electric heater, Keurig, outdoor fire-pit and first class outhouse. Would love to stay there again."

"The wife, dogs, and I stayed here to unplug during a rainy Memorial Day. This property is special! Felt like we were transported back to the 1800s (but with some key comforts like baseboard heaters). We enjoyed zoning out to the crackling fire and looking at the tides go by."

"Gorgeous, early-20th century style hotel with modern amenities and up to date renovations. Excellent staff. Very comfortable bed. Only less-than-stellar feature was the room bathroom. A ridiculously small tub enclosure seemed completely out of place in a spacious suite."
