Very lively, eclectic hotel with wonderful staff. I was not expecting the bedrooms to be so incredibly tiny but since I was traveling alone for one night it worked just fine and the view from the tiny bedroom was BEAUTIFUL which made it worthwhile.

Location nearby is a bit run down but you will get used to it as it is Seattle downtown. Just do not walk alone at night. Hotel is great… nicely set up and decorated, clean and tidy.

Wonderful hotel. I stayed in a small but modern and Super comfortable room with a great view. The walk to the light rail station was sketchy, but the walk along the waterfront to Pike Place Market was beautiful.

I stay at this hotel often. I have been a fan of the CitizenM properties for quite some time. It is very convienient to the ferry terminal and the 1 line to the airport. The neighborhood is not good but not a big deal if you are used to being in cities. Unfortunately, they are having trouble with their technology which makes check in and making changes difficult (both on their app and in-hotel kiosks). In addition, they are now chargng for coffee and tea. This is very irritating because they do not have coffee and tea in rooms (a very standard thing in all hotels). When this hotel opened, they explained that they make really well brewed drip coffee and tea available downstairs in their bar area. And, it's complimentary. Apparently, this policy has changed and they are now charging $4 for coffee and tea. But, there is no written communication or signage about this change and cost. I found this out when I had filled a cup and was walking out to head back to my room.
