"VIP status reward was not honoured. Hotel is very clean and staff were polite but I wouldn’t say they go out there way for you. "

"Our second stay at this property and despite it being just before a refurbishment this time, it was a lovely experience with plenty to do for the kids, easy to access other parts of the island and courteous staff that made it easy to holiday there as a single parent. The gym facilities are ok but not great - they did just fine with some creativity. Some confusion initially with dining as it wasn't clear that there was a team that worked out seating for you - their access point was a bit hidden...

"Lovely hotel and looked exactly like the photos. We also liked Pedro and Jorge from the specialist restaurants. Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times. "

"I love this hotel, the gardens and pool area are fabulous.The staff are great and very obliging the only criticism I have is the live music morning noon and night. I don't mind the evening music but when you want a peaceful breakfast it's a bit too much. "
