Not enough personnel in housekeeping waited to get pillows and towels for two hours, again the front desk does not answer the phone because they are too busy, not enough personnel. The phone in the room did not work, the security box needed the battery replaced. Coffee the room only for one. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. With only a partial glass curtain for the shower it was difficult to keep water from spraying from the shower onto the floor. The indoor parking was too narrow to navigate so we opted to park outside at the back of the property. "

"The hotel premises, layout and restaurant are very classy and well designed. Room was very clean. The staff were really welcoming and attentive ready to help with a nice positive attitude. In the dining room, break fast was of high quality and great variety with lovely host and waitresses. Two names that come to mind for thir excellent service are Sara and Berenice.
