"This is an excellent hotel with great staff and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is located close to the Metro and a 15 minute walk to the main tourist centre. The hotel is in a busy area, so expect traffic noise - but this has been made significantly worse by the work to expand the Metro during the working day. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel! "

"It's a small hotel. We booked a family suite which has the bedroom upstairs and sitting area downstairs, it's spacious though not quite efficient.The room is very nice and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is good too. The only disappointment was we didn't have any towels for the first night, the reception was already closed when we found.We saw ants in our room which would deduct the rating a bit. "Great location. For check-in, we did have to coordinate to meet at the property to obtain the keys-same at check-out. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. It is on the 2nd floor (3rd level) with no lift but this was not an issue for us. "
