"We enjoyed the comfort that the property had to offer and the quality of the details in it. They have it meticulously clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. I liked the 2 separate spaces included in this particular unit (Nativi). The communication with the host was fantastic! The ONLY reason why I gave it a score of 4 is because the gym was so small and dungeon-like and I was surprised by the additional cost to use the sauna. We ended up not using the sauna because the price...

"Lovely room in a great location. The host was perfect and sorted an issue we had right away with great communication. Only issue we had was that the corridor was quite noisy so we could hear other guests check out quite early one morning. I’d still recommend this place despite this. "

"The room was clean, we were not able to figure out how to use hot water, no instructions and no one to ask. Internet is very poor, working only on the 1 st flr not at all in our room on thr second, we spent hours standing in cold dark lobby to get reception for checking in for our flights and planning the road Parking is also a problem around that place."

"The hostess at this hotel was the best! She was so helpful and kind. The room was quaint and had a wood ceiling and wood beam, which gave it lots of character. We had a private bathroom that was down 5 steps which was a little tricky to use. It was an older bathroom and had a few small issues. The hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from the train station which made it really convenient for dropping off our luggage before exploring Florence. Our hostess provided a delicious breakfast for us."

"The room was very convenient for visiting the Leonardo museum. There was a restaurant near by for supper. We came by bus so we had to watch the schedule out as it was a Sunday and there were only two buses back. Coffee and tea was appreciated. "

"We were 3 adults and request 3 twin beds or a double and a twin and we got a double and a folding bed very uncountable and the 2nd night it gave up and my friend fell to the floor. When we arrived there was nobody for the check in only the cleaning lady whom didn't speak english and we had to wait for somebody to come and check us in. It was a terrible expirance and the price is bot worth it"
