"Very helpful, friendly staff. Room (superior) was a really good size. A second day chair would be good! Bathroom clean and a good size. Bed comfy. There are sitting rooms, we used one each night and had it all to ourselves. Breakfast simple but everything you would expect for a continental breakfast. And we searched and paid a hotel on our own costs. We paid 130 Euros for a hotel. You have called us later and told us you will look and confirm another hotel. But then you did no more call us. The location is close to the city center and very walkable. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Top notch breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend the Pistoia Inn B&B for your Pistoia stay!"

"Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."
