"Very nice apartment and clean. We needed a check list for leaving and more bedding. Children next door were very loud until 1:00 a.m. almost every night. Bank close by, there were very few restaurants, grocery store a few blocks and if you want to feel the ambiance of Florence this apartment is too far from the action."

"We were impressed by the views of the Arno and rooftops along the back. The apartment was spotless, and the fixtures in both bathrooms are modern and of high quality. I loved the new windows that kept the noise out and can crank open to hear the sounds of Florence. The location is within steps of convenience stores, restaurants and breakfast places away from the hustle and bustle a couple of bridges away. The check in was done in person, so from the train station, it should only have been a 15...

"We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this might be the MOST comfortable property we have even stayed in. It is a very large one bedroom and incredibly well appointed. We could have comfortably stayed for a month. It is a little outside of the center of Florence, but in a stunning area right on the river. If you enjoy walking you can stroll along the river right into the central area of town. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Florence."

"The gentleman that meet us at the property was very nice. My issue was the with overall property. The worse thing was the smell of foul stool in the bathrooms which over took the whole apartment. Also missing amenities like towel paper. Extra toilet paper that could cover your entire stay. Overall would not stay there again. "

"The communication was super confusing because there was a chain for multiple people that we needed to talk to an information didn’t get relayed to the correct people. They allowed us to check in late which was super nice but something got miscommunicated and it wasn’t a super pleasant experience talking with the owners. Overall the house was nice, you can tell it is an older place but was great for what we needed it for."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was well furnished, the bed was super comfortable and the outdoor area was fantastic. The city center is an easy 20 minute walk, but the apartment itself is situated in a nice neighborhood with shops, restaurants, etc.. Would definitely stay here if we visit Florence again."
