Claudio (the host) was so helpful with so many fantastic suggestions for places of interest and restaurants. He was so accommodating. This is a gem hidden in the centre of Florence with newly renovated and spacious rooms.."

I lost connection to internet so I have to call the contact no. to get in so I dont think this property is for everyone since Its all done remotely. The property has minimal accomodations but enough for a night or 2.Otherwise, still a good BnB for the price"

"The property was very unique in its style. The staff were very friendly and gave us a map and information about places to eat. There was a kettle and a selection of teas and coffee which was a bonus. The only thing that I would criticise is the pillows. The pillow was extremely hard and I had to replace it with the towels because I could not sleep."

"A one day stop in Florence. The reception is alright across the road from the main Florence train station, with the apartment a 2 minute short walk from there. Viola the receptionist was super helpful with recommendations which we were glad we took. There are no dining facilities in Alba but the room was absolutely fine. Clean and the linen good quality. Perfect if you want a base to put your head down and freshen up after a day exploring this amazing city"

"Property did not have amenities advertised such as the gym, spa, or air conditioning. The staff gave excuses why they didn’t have. Like, there’s a gym 2 miles away, we can call someone to give a massage, or the AC doesn’t work due to top secret agreements with B&Bs in the area before June to save them money. No no. If you advertise it and I buy it, you need to provide it or refund the money you took by false advertising. "

"Incredible stay in the attic room! Cozy and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was lovely. I arrived late but the owners provided me information to get inside, so there were no issues. The location is a little hard to identify from the outside, so you have to pay attention to the little signs on the door. But it was very quiet, which was perfect for me. Stairs only, no elevator. Hotel owners/staff were lovely and very helpful, including transporting of luggage up and down multiple flights of stairs (Yes, no "lift" in this hotel!).
