"This property is beautiful and well-maintained. Just lovely throughout, and the grounds are wonderful. We saw deer wander through, a resident peacock (but never heard him!), a gorgeous red-shouldered hawk all from our balcony. Each morning at 9:00 they leave a basket outside your door with a lovely breakfast - VERY nice! The only suggestions I might have would be replacing some of the antique/vintage furniture (Buena Vista Suite) with more practical/comfortable items. A nice ruby red love seat...

"The place was nice, it was a step back in time. Small rooms, old timey bathrooms, and nice common areas. Its is a 7 min walk from the hub of restaurants or 2 min drive. Improvement: shower curtains had a moldy/wet smell that lingered after a shower or bath"

"We needed to stay in the Placerville area near family for a month. Robin’s apartment worked so great for us. It is very stylish which puts you in a great mood. It has absolutely everything you need for cooking, showering, sleeping, laundry and relaxing. The TV and Internet are great and the couch is so comfortable for watching.
