"The hotel is excellent and have multilingual staff. We reached an hour before check-in time and hotel reception welcomed us. The breakfast buffet is good. The location is away from city center so you have to choose if it suits you. The pinto train station is nearby (7 mins drive)."

"Great location. Near all the attractions. Staff are very friendly. Great experience from check in to booking a train ticket to santander with guest service. Even getting a taxi, staff helped me due to my limited Spanish. This has be one of the better ran hotels. I highly recommend this hotel. "
