"The property was clean to the extent it could be, but old. Bathroom mildew present and the step down was a bit odd, also potentially dangerous if you didn't remember it was there. I liked its proximity to the airport and the shuttle bus. Housekeeping was lovely, although sheets didn't match twin bed next to it. Bathroom was my least favorite -- needs to be remodeled. The design and condition of the shower were dated."

"very friendly staff and luxurious hotel close to bkk airport. only problem was the shower did not fully drain properly and would flood. Other than that I recommend staying here"

"Great property! Excellent room. Beautiful view of the city. Our view had a good view of Central World and Songkran festivities. Staff was amazing and helpful! Breakfast was great and keeps us energized for the rest of the day! The guest service staffer, Mai, was very nice and helpful in securing us our beautiful room! I’ll definitely be back! "

"I know next time I’m not gonna get the breakfast buffet. The bacon was just hard and tasteless and your cooks. When I asked for eggs Benedict touched everything I was uncomfortable, but I never ate it. And even in the executive lounge, the food was cold all the time and the sandwiches tasted like they were made yesterday I’ve been there many times I don’t remember it this bad before and I just came from Pattaya Hilton and it was awesome so maybe just a bad week I’m not sure anyways that’s mine Ray"
