"This place is great and centrally located ! The parking across the street lots of shopping and food nearby ! Great price great staff! Had the coffee bar we spent time in the lobby very nice place! The building is secure the room very clean and simple ! Would def stay again and recommend as a central location walking distance from activities shopping and food ! Staff was great helpful with check in and out and friendly throughout ! "

"Great hotel in a great location -- close to the heart of downtown, but near Franklin Parkway and all its attractions. The rooms are spacious, lobby and restaurant are quite nice, only minor complaint is a need for some upgrading of the gym (or expansion!). It's become my go-to hotel in downtown Philadelphia."

"First, the staffs were really nice. We stayed here for Eagles vs. Stealers game for my husband birthday.Its worth it. I paid for the breakfast and the breakfast buffet is really good. I highly recommend this place. "
