"It was very clean and tidy! Very nice location also, the pool is nice but it gets shaded by the building at around 2:00pm so it’s great if you want to get out of the sun but still hang outside! So if your a sun person it might not be the greatest pool for you!"

"We had a great day at Hyatt Place! The location is perfect for either arriving or departing from Jacksonville airport. Our room was large and well appointed and we were allowed to check in early, which was helpful!A special shout out to Mike and Stephanie, the shuttle drivers, who were fun, funny and helpful!
