"This is one of the best extended stays (8 nights) we have ever had at a hotel. The rooms are extremely well-kept, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. In addition, there is an excellent restaurant onsite poolside with equally friendly and professional staff. Also, the hotel is conveniently located within Palo Alto and the parking is free. "Amazing front desk services! Gentleman was super nice and friendly and offered us an update from our 1 king bed to 2 queens because he noticed we had our 7 year old daughter with us free of charge. When we ordered take out pizza and the place forgot to give us plates, I called the front desk and they provided us with some plastic ones. "The proximity can’t be beat and the restaurant on site is delicious. We got free parking as part of our stay but it is $35 a day as an FYI. In my opinion it should be included given how costly this property is. That’s my biggest complaint is how expensive this hotel is! Also have to go to floor 4 for a communal microwave that is disgusting was not fun as my son has dietary restrictions that I had to bring food with us. "
