"Such kind staff members! We were there during the rose bowl! Very busy! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly! It felt like home!"

"Westin hotels are 4-class and this one was no different. Rooms are pricey but it was New Years week and Rose Bowl events. Daily housekeeping and towel changes. Wonderful pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Walking distance to restaurants and museums and other sites. The only negative was the hotel did not have a gift shop where you could purchase sundries or snacks/drinks. Otherwise a very comfortable stay. "

"Hotel was great and convenient to Rose Parade and Rose Bowl. Only area for improvement would be the speed of meal prep and serving at the Melange Restaurant. It seemed to take a long time to prepare the meals and get them out compared to other restaurants we’ve been to. The bar was faster when we ate there for some reason. "
