Close to Eagle Rock plaza, freeway and downtown LA. Staff are polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. Free parking is definitely an advantage. Spacious rooms with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, free toiletries, free breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. Better value for money in comparison with other hotels nearby. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in GLENDALE hopefully next year.

The location is great. The room was OK, reasonable for the price. The breakfast was great and very thoughtful. The front desk agent seemed irritated by checking in guests. She definitely needs " Hospitality customer service training", No welcome, smile through the translation, or thank you for choosing us.. Just; Id and reservation #?. It felt as if a robot was conducting the check in. I would not refer family to this location. there is no doubt that employees can run off customers, even though the breakfast is fairly OK, I would most likely not return to this property to avoid dealing with such an unprofessional person.

Huge rooms in a great location! 15 minute Uber to Dodger stadium. Starbucks, and other food options within walking distance, steps away from the hotel. Will definitely be staying there again next time i go to an event at Dodger stadium.
