"Pool access run was good. Property was clean, a little tired in some areas. Breakfast was included, was basic buffet. Room didn't get cleaned until late in the afternoon. On check in, a 3000 baht cash deposit was required. Couldn't find anything on this in our booking paperwork. This was refunded on checkout after the room was checked by staff, meaning we then had 3000 cash leftover and had to convert it at the airport, which was a bit inconvenient. Not sure if I would stay again, for the price...

"Our stay was very enjoyable, we felt like part of the family. They made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond. I was looking for matches for my brother who collects them and couldn’t find them anywhere, I asked Paul where I could get them and he said he didn’t know but he could order them online for me and he did, 3 days later I had them. This was awesome service. We will definitely be back."
