"The staff was friendly. It was not super convenient to walk outside the hotel, but the hotel provided a free shuttle bus. The first room I checked into had a lot of ants, hence my 4/5 star review. However, they were quick to give me a new room which was good. I wouldn’t say that this restaurant met my expectations for a 5 star hotel but it was not bad."

"The facility was excellent, the staff top notch! The roof top bar is what brought us back for a few more nights. It’s an easy open cab ride or walk to the main streets for food and attractions. The only reason for the 4 stars for area around was due to the Main Street outside was very busy all night long with traffic noise. I ended up using my phone for loud white noise and slept well then."

"Nice hotel for the few nights we stayed here. It was near Bangla road and all the activities. Easy for our guides tours to get to us. The only issue we had was the shower filled up with water and would over flow until the floor during long showers. No other issue. Great balcony. Loved the room. Would recommend."

The restaurants one the property are very nice with a wide variety of foods. The breakfast was large with many different choices. Staff was friendly and accommodating. "The facility was well maintained and clean. I rented the 2 bedroom villa with a friend. It was a weird multi stepped villa that was kind of neat. The bedrooms were large with great bathrooms. The only complaint was there was no air conditioning in the living area and kitchen downstairs. It was warm, but a provided wall fan helped considerably. The hotel sat back from the road and had security on the road entrance. Pool was good and outdoor restaurant was good!"
