"Front desk clerk needs training Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ? Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in Room key worked variably as well. Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night "

Location is fantastic, the food at Rice Restaurant was spot on and the staff were absolutely wonderful, always smiling and helpful. The view of Patong beach was beautiful and walking distance. Would highly recommend! "
