"The location of the hotel is great and connected to a mall which was amazing and comfortable. You would note that the hotel has 2 separate buildings and we did the checkin in building no. 1 but stayed in the other building so the check out was longer since the recipients needed to drive to to the building no. 1 to cancel our deposit. "The facilities and the standard of the rooms was excellent. The majority of the staff was great however, I did find some of the staff to lack basic courtesy and not all residence was treated the same. Two examples, 1. Check in was delayed and I had to wait, no apology or complimentary drink offered although other residents was offered but not to me. "This was hotel was great! We got a room with jacuzzi and their breakfast was the best breakfast buffet I had. It is located on Kalim beach which has a lovely night market and very close to Patong beach. All in all great hotel with great bed and service."

"Brilliant position. We were in the premium deluxe bungalow behind reception. Very quiet and close to one of the quieter pools. Lovely room. Only a wardrobe for clothes which was awkward for our 2 week stay. Could have done with a chest of drawers. Huge choice at breakfast for most cultures. "It was my first time to stay in a villa hotel. All the staff are very nice and helpful. Since I booked from Expedia, they offered me a discount for the spa and F&B. The spa was great with nice decoration and a view. I love the huge, infinite pool the most; the gym is decent. The villa, although it looks a little bit aged, is huge enough. Finally, the restaurant food is very delightful. "

"Absolutely beautiful, the customer service was impeccable. The room was very comfortable with direct access to the pool and very close to the beach. Breakfast was great with a good selection. I will definitely stay here again. One thing I’d like to advise is the hot water for shower could be a little warmer. But truely I stay in many hotels around the world and La Flora has quickly jumped to the highest ranks on my list."
