"Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable, love the design of the room. Had dinner at Sizzle one of the hotel restaurant, love the Wagyu steak. Facilities are in great condition. They also provide free shuttle bus to different locations in Phuket. Would recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet place, 5 mins drive from Patong. "

"Special place to stay in Phuket with amazing breakfast in a quiet yet not empty street. We enjoyed the location and the food a lot, but the toilet could use a little curtain instead of clear glass only. The people that are in charge of the place is amazing."

The property is well maintained but it is certainly showing its age. Every year they seem to make small refurbishments and updates. "
