"Beautiful accomodations. Service was quick and the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. Most all are proficient to fluent in English. Hotel is located by the embassies and other corporate/financial centers. There are a lot of conveniences that come with this. Especially if you need to purchase an item of clothing or the like. The hotel is a bit removed from the cultural experiences I came to Bangkok for specifically, but it was still a wonderful stay. If you are traveling for business this is an easy recommendation. If you are comfortable with a 20-40 minute drive (depending on the time of day) to get to most cultural sites then you would not go wrong with this hotel. "

"The buffet was expensive, I believe 1000 baht per person, but excellent. I have stayed 5 different 4-5 star hotels in BKK, all with a buffet, but food was cold because no heating of serving tray was used. I eat no asian food so many had little if any choices for American like dishes. That was not the case here."
