"This is a top class hotel and possibly the best I have ever stayed in. It is located about a 3 minute walk from the metro with easy access to all the sights. The staff in all areas are extremely courteous and go out of their way to help for anything. The general ambiance of the public area was relaxed with beautiful decoration. The rooms are spacious and spotless and well designed with gorgeous toiletries. The breakfast is amazing with a vast variety to cater for all tastes from Western to Thai. We ate at the restaurant where the service was first class and also at Vertigo which was an amazing experience. We used the hotel’s transport service to and from the hotel which was seamless. I would highly recommend this as we were coming off a long overnight flight and it made the 40 minute journey a pleasure. Overall this hotel offers the most fantastic value for money and I would recommend to anyone staying in Bangkok."

"I stayed here twice and both times the lobby, rooms, dining, and pool area were all extremely clean and pleasant. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful! (I event went to another Four Points location by accident before checking in here, and the staff there very kindly redirected me to this location.) The hotel also stored my larger bags for a few days for free while I went on a weekend trip to Phuket."

"Stayed in a Grand Suite and we were on the the 45th floor. Superb views of the city which were fantastic at night. Room was in top condition with a separate bedroom, lounge and kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped but without any pots/pans or washing up stuff and no large plates or bowls. Wasn’t a major issue and they may have provided them if we’d asked but seemed odd. "
