"This is a top class hotel and possibly the best I have ever stayed in. It is located about a 3 minute walk from the metro with easy access to all the sights. The staff in all areas are extremely courteous and go out of their way to help for anything. The general ambiance of the public area was relaxed with beautiful decoration. The rooms are spacious and spotless and well designed with gorgeous toiletries. The breakfast is amazing with a vast variety to cater for all tastes from Western to Thai. We ate at the restaurant where the service was first class and also at Vertigo which was an amazing experience. We used the hotel’s transport service to and from the hotel which was seamless. I would highly recommend this as we were coming off a long overnight flight and it made the 40 minute journey a pleasure. Overall this hotel offers the most fantastic value for money and I would recommend to anyone staying in Bangkok."

"Stayed in a Grand Suite and we were on the the 45th floor. Superb views of the city which were fantastic at night. Room was in top condition with a separate bedroom, lounge and kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped but without any pots/pans or washing up stuff and no large plates or bowls. Wasn’t a major issue and they may have provided them if we’d asked but seemed odd. "

Professionalism and comfort at its best. • Pure perfection and every wish is taken care of, even before asking. • We have travelled to most of the countries around the world and can confidently say that this has been the best hotel we have ever stayed at. • The perfection starts with the Hotel Manager himself, who is checking everything as well personally wsihing guests a Happy New Year and making sure they are comfortable. • Every single person at the hotel is sincerely polite, friendly and helpful. • The location of the hotel is close to most of the relevant places. • The breakfast buffet does not miss a single item that one could desire. • The rooms are large, bed super comfortable and cleanliness is absolutely top. • Everything at the hotel is very generous. • Stepping inside the hotel from a busy city, one enters a wonderful space. • The authentic decoration and colours make this beautiful hotel very original and for it to stand out compared to many of the international standard hotels which all look the same. • We stayed 2 weeks at this hotel, initially one week and after travelling around for a few days, we decided to come back and stay at the same hotel in Bangkok. • We loved staying here, can highly recommend it and will not ever stay anywhere else if and when we visit Bangkok again.
