"Our stay was very pleasant. Close to airport and other areas we visited. The check in was easy and efficient. Everything was explained to us about the breakfast, pool hours and the wifi code. Our room was very nice and clean and stocked with coffee and tea as well as bathroom supplies. I will try to book my stay with this hotel when I come to Portland again."

"The pool was closed which was disappointing and no prior information on the website. Also, they said complementary breakfast and they didn’t have anything. Plus it was loaded with homeless people and people on drugs. I was very scared of the location, there was no security. At night i kept seeing lights flash our room and people talking but we were the last room on the floor. Also, some homeless person was showering in the bathroom bu the lobby, made it seem like just anyone off the street can...

"Stayed overnight to catch an early flight. Booking served that purpose well. Desk staff was friendly. The hotel is undergoing major renovations that weren't disclosed beforehand. No working ice machines, and over half the building was blocked off with plastic sheeting and danger signs. I will check back next year when this should be a spiffy place to stay."
