"It is dated, but nice. The rooms are huge. The front desk staff was wonderful the first time we stayed a few months ago. This time, unfriendly and unimpressive. We might stay again, but unsure at the same time. "

"The pool was closed which was disappointing and no prior information on the website. Also, they said complementary breakfast and they didn’t have anything. Plus it was loaded with homeless people and people on drugs. I was very scared of the location, there was no security. At night i kept seeing lights flash our room and people talking but we were the last room on the floor. Also, some homeless person was showering in the bathroom bu the lobby, made it seem like just anyone off the street can...

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, and room was clean. Very convenient location for the airport. Bed was a bit broken down and unfortunately the walls/ceiling didn't muffle noises so we had trouble sleeping due to noisy neighbors. "

"Most comfortable bed that I have ever experienced in a hotel and a pillow I could actually sleep on. Only stayed one night but it will be my go to when in Portland. They are currently remodeling, so no warm breakfast, but the sleep was worth it"
