"This property is about to undergo a huge facelift. With that in mind, it’s understandable that breakfast and airport shuttles have been discontinued for awhile. However, staff is doing a superb job to orient guests, provide accommodations when necessary to speed registrations and assist you with any need. I admire their extra effort. Rooms continue to be clean, roomy, and amazingly quiet considering how close to the airport the hotel is located, 2.5 miles."

"While the room was obviously showing it's age slightly, the room was clean and well equipped. Nothing was broken, the water was hot with good pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. To top off the already amazing experience, the hot breakfast was better than some breakfasts we received on cruise ships."

"Stayed overnight after a late flight in. Lady working at the front desk was very nice and brought me up some breakfast items at night because I was starved and there are no food options nearby. It was very thoughtful of her- thank you! Other than that, make sure you call ahead to schedule your shuttle pick up from the airport! The shuttle does not run automatically unless ordered."

"The pool was closed which was disappointing and no prior information on the website. Also, they said complementary breakfast and they didn’t have anything. Plus it was loaded with homeless people and people on drugs. I was very scared of the location, there was no security. At night i kept seeing lights flash our room and people talking but we were the last room on the floor. Also, some homeless person was showering in the bathroom bu the lobby, made it seem like just anyone off the street can...
