The Dossier was great! Only thing I didnt realize beforehand was parking. We either had to use their valet services to park for additional fees or park at a structure nearby for a fee. But overall a great safe and really clean room!

I liked the valet option to not have to worry about parking. My room was absolutely beautiful. My only complaints are that my peephole was still stuffed with tissue from the guest before me and the rooms thermostat was difficult to control and seemed to either run quite hot or quite cold. With that being said, it was close to my venue and the bar downstairs was fantastic and I would definitely come back.

I found the hotel to be so quaint and cute. It was super easy to access public transportation from the hotel and there’s some great eats nearby! The hotel was clean and I felt safe. I would book again if I came back to Portland.

Parking is bad . Staff RUDEEE. Discriminated two Latinos trying to get help to book!! SAYING THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW. But as soon as white people come in and needed the same help they helped ASAP. This was a bad experience I feel like yall should be more polite and try to help.

The staff was great from beginning to end. A special shout out to Liza at the front desk and the Bartender working on Thursday December 5th during the brunch time. Both gave excellent advice for a couple of first timers in Portland. Will definitely be back!
