"Front desk staff was great. They were welcoming and attentive. Loved the decor at the Hotel Eastlund, BW Premier Collection. The hotel has a contemporary/modern vibe but not too over the top. There is a nice restaurant on an upper floor. Room was clean, very nice, well-appointed and even offered snacks, non-alcohol as well as alcoholic beverages at a reasonable price. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Portland, Oregon. "

"It was a pleasant stay i was in Portland for medical reasons The only problem i had Friday morning was i couldn't get out front door to catch my cab for surgery it was locked the lobby door was unlocked but not front door and no security guy to lett me out had to go all the way around to get out with my wheelchair Saturday i called the desk at 915 and no one would answer I will stay therr again in Jan because i have madical appts again"
