It was our second time staying at The Benson, and we really enjoyed it again! The hotel maintains high standards for its guests. All the staff—room service, reception, and waiters—were very friendly and helpful once again. The room was tidy and clean, and the bathroom was very spacious.

A beautiful historic building. Simply breathtaking lobby. The rooms are nice, beds are nice, the shower oroducts are fantastic! Like everyone, they are short-staffed, but the staff they have is as attentive as can be be. The valets can't keep up during peak times, small staff and understandable, bit know they charge $54 each nigjt for overnigjt parking, which is beyond ridiculous to me. Love the place, but man, that's a lot of money!

We come to portland often, and we absolutely love to stay at the benson. It's a beautiful historic hotel, with lots of amenities and a great staff. Easy parking across the street. And lots of shops near by. There's also a lot of restaurants when then walking distance and the food downtown is exceptional. I highly suggest A stay at this beautiful hotel.
