Clean rooms, excellent customer service, restaurant on-site for breakfast and dinner: the hotel offers two discount coupons for the restaurant and a complimentary drink. I would definitely book again. If I have to critique then I would recommend updating the rooms a bit and better better bath products. Helpful tip… AC will not come on if balcony door is open. Room 530 ocean view 2-queens. Can’t wait to return. "

"The hotel is older and a little run down, but that was no surprise as they were very clear on the condition. Given that, it’s very clean and I had no concerns about the bed linens or towels. It all added to the character! It’s located just a few blocks from downtown which was fantastic, but I didn’t feel totally comfortable with the area to walk there by myself at night so I just drove. "

"Family owned denoperated. They go out of their way to accommodate. It's my second time staying there and I will always stay there when I am in that area. Cute little pool right next to the bay And I usually get the pool all to myself."

"Wow wow wow!!! The description doesn't do it justice, Nothing less than laying your own eyes on it will do! This place is a locals staycation dream and for me and my partner (first time big Island visitors) it was PARADISE! The wonderful people who run the property do an amazing job of making it an experience to remember. We Enjoyed endless fun on their private trail munched on countless fruits some we've never tried and were cut up and served special for us ❤️❤️❤️❤️. There's so much wildlife to boot and On our very last morning walking back up the trail we got to see DOLPHINS! This place is nothing short of spectacular. "The pond at the waterfall was incredible! While swimming in the pond, the perspective of the surrounding beauty of the trees and sky felt like paradise. Would return for sure."
