"We had an amazing stay. Check in was a breeze. The property is beautiful. The room was very spacious and clean. We had a suite with a kitchen. They provided everything we needed including pots and pans, napkins plates, silverware, glasses etc. The mini fridge was even stocked with beer, wine and water at a reasonable price. The shower even had a jacuzzi tub with his and hers bath robes. We cooked dinner and enjoyed our evening then explored the hotel the next morning. It has a nice breakfast by the poolside. And a lagoon with ducks surrounded by beautiful flowers to walk around. One of the best parts was checkout at 12pm so we didn't have to rush. Was a 10 out of 10 experience. It's so peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend. "

"We appreciated the gentleman at the front desk and the person who arranged for us to have earlier check- in time. The housekeeping woman was very friendly & helpful with our requests. The big drawback I experienced the second night was the paper-thin walls and the people next-door talking nonstop all night long until the morning. Either they were doing a training online or something else, but it was constant nonstop talking. I was recovering from an outpatient procedure @ Stanford. I slept well on the very comfortable mattress as did my sister on her bed, but whenever I woke up the endless chatter continued. If not for that I would have given ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The location of this property in Palo Alto is really good. The breakfast served in the office was OK, nothing special. But I will go back there on next visit to Palo Alto."
