"The service at the pool was excellent! Neil was awesome! The games area was a nice touch and provided some entertainment in our down time! The shops on El Paseo are within walking distance. The only negative comments I would have are there needs to be a kettle in the room, the coffee maker doesn’t make good tea. Also the corkscrew did not work, need a better quality one to open wine. The resort fee per day is extremely high for what you get. This would prevent us from going back. "

"NIce little friendly hotel that is right off the main route between the dessert towns. It was a nice find for us and we would definitely stay there again. With the small number of rooms and the enclosed area shared by all of the rooms it felt cozy. Room was large and had all the features, however the TV was dissappointing. It rarely worked and the channels were very limited, they should just switch to streaming. Other than that wonderful place. "

"When I got to my room, the key did not work. I went back to the front desk and they gave me a new key. That didn't work either. Ihad to go back again, they called maintenance and he could not fixt the lock so I had to be moved to a new room. Very annoying."

"The rooms are dark inside which makes them appear older and in need of renovation. Poor lighting and fixtures are a disappointment. Fix this and it would make me choose staying here again. "

"Beautiful grounds and loved the flamingos & black swans. The pool lounge chairs were very uncomfortable and loungers with cushions for rent were virtually empty. Also, wifi was sketchy around the pool area and made a coffee in our room on our last day and it curdled due to outdated (by a month) creamers"

"The staff was wonderful - friendly and accommodating! Shout out to Alex for helping us - he was fantastic! Nice breakfast, quiet, near dining, and perfect landing spot for trips to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs! Dog friendly, family friendly."
