"We booked the hotel for the facilities offered. None of these facilities were provided. E.g. no fridge, no free water, no terrace, no safe, no premium tv channels, no Tea and coffee facilities and we booked 2 beds. We did manage to change to a room with 2 beds and they put a fridge in the room which was disgusting. I had to use wet wipes and shower gel to clean it.
