"The Hotel is hard to find. While it is in a compound with security on the gate it is located in a poor part of the City. The room was very hot, Air conditioner made a lot of noise but didn't work, and the bed cover had what appeared to be dried blood on both sides. We booked for 2 nights and there was no cleaning done or fresh towels between first and second days. On the plus side, it is relatively inexpensive, feel safe on the property, they do have free wifi and the staff are friendly."
