"Staying at Kwality hotel was some experience. The room was ok but the cupboards were dirty and the blanket was not neatly stacked, it was just shoved in the cupboard.The sink was cracked, no hot water, gaps in the windows. Personally I would not recommend this hotel. Pay extra and get a decent hotel."

"Everything was disappointing about this stay, good job it was so cheap. Staff were unhelpful and felt like they were trying to scam me from the second I got there (after a ten hour journey to get to India it’s the last thing you need) and they were generally very unhelpful. The whole place is falling apart with disgusting toilets and cockroaches crawling round. You don’t even get a key for your dorm room and the doors don’t even shut - leaving you to wonder who is in your room at night. Avoid...

"We had booked room for my parents in this hotel and they were very happy with the ambience and staff. Location is great too. They had to ho back to Delhi again in 2 weeks and of course booked the same hotel."
