"Everything was disappointing about this stay, good job it was so cheap. Staff were unhelpful and felt like they were trying to scam me from the second I got there (after a ten hour journey to get to India it’s the last thing you need) and they were generally very unhelpful. The whole place is falling apart with disgusting toilets and cockroaches crawling round. You don’t even get a key for your dorm room and the doors don’t even shut - leaving you to wonder who is in your room at night. Avoid...

"Staying at Kwality hotel was some experience. The room was ok but the cupboards were dirty and the blanket was not neatly stacked, it was just shoved in the cupboard.The sink was cracked, no hot water, gaps in the windows. Personally I would not recommend this hotel. Pay extra and get a decent hotel."

"The service was okay and bed were okay otherwise there was lot to improve upon in the hotel. The chair provided was very dirty and had white spots of dirt over it. The washroom was very small and the ceiling had fungus grown over it which was covered with a glossy paper. The space was very less for a room and washroom. The sanitary wares were old and pipes and fittings rusted. The only good thing was service. They woke up and put on the geyser at 4:30 AM in the morning because I had to leave...

"The room is completely misrepresented. Very basic. No hot water for 2 days. When you get there by satnav the hotel doesn’t exist but we eventually found it a km away. Although I sadly booked 3 days I was given 1 bottle of water and told if I wanted more I wold have to pay for it. Plus no tea, coffee or milk. I would not recommend staying there. "

"The property is really clean and does Look like the photos so it’s nicely decorated. Unfortunately most rooms have no windows and ours smelled smoky and a Bit stagnant although. They have tried to keep it smelling fresh but the lack of windows makes that difficult. The area outside is a very dirty road with some much less nice looking hotels. We had to walk along two very busy roads to get to a place with food but there are quite a few local food restaurants that are nice enough and cheap....
