"Check-In was very quick. The Hotel has GREAT elevators and is well laid-out. The internet connectivity, however, was VERY POOR and INTERMITTENT and although I was willing to pay a premium for better service, it didn't seem to be available. Complaining to the generally friendly folks at the front desk didn't help much. "

"I enjoyed the spa and the grounds were nice. Only thing I didn't like is the restaurant on the golf course charges an automatic gratuity and I didnt notice and tipped again so I gave like a 40% tip by mistake and then the coffee ran out and noone refilled it for the next 45mins til I had to leave after I told them and waiting a while and thought they got it started but then 30mins later went back in and asked if the coffee was ready yet and they hadn't even put a new pot on so I went about my...
